The carve-out of the division Commercial Vehicles (CV) from the unit Voith Turbo was successfully completed as of November 1, 2025. Since then, the division has been set up as an independent company from a legal, operational, and organizational perspective and operates under the new brand Driventic. With its experienced management team led by CEO Dr. Gregor Wiche and around 1,400 employees at 26 locations in 18 countries worldwide, Driventic is well positioned to play an active role in shaping the future of the commercial vehicle market. “With the successful completion of the carve-out, we have reached an important milestone, both for the future of Driventic and for Voith Turbo”, says Cornelius Weitzmann, president and CEO of Voith Turbo. “As an independent company, Driventic can sharpen its market positioning and respond more quickly to customer and market demands.
