I’m pleased to announce some news that gives us reason to celebrate: The Cleveland Plain Dealer has named The Timken Company’s World Headquarters a 2020 Top Workplace.

This honor is a direct reflection of our strong culture and great people because it’s based solely on the feedback provided by our associates. Earlier this year, they took an anonymous survey that measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, such as alignment, execution and connection, to name a few.

It’s gratifying to know that our associates share an appreciation for the culture we’ve built together at Timken. They remain connected and anchored in our commitment to our core values of ethics and integrity, quality, teamwork and excellence.
