Resin Mold Insulated Bearing
21 May,2026

The “Resin Mold Insulated Bearing” is an electrical pitting-resistant bearing developed for e-Axles used in EV drivetrains. By injection molding an insulating resin layer onto the outer diameter and width surfaces of the bearing's outer ring, the bearing suppresses the flow of electric current into the bearing and reduces the occurrence of electrical pitting. The product offers insulation performance with a withstand voltage of 1,000 V or more and is compatible with 800 V battery systems. Through optimization of material selection and molding methods, the bearing ensures high durability across a wide range of temperature conditions, thereby enhancing the reliability and extending the service life of e-Axles.
